Once your order has been fully checked and is ready for shipment, it will be handed over to our transport service. As soon as your order has been scheduled for transport, you will receive an email confirming the planned delivery date.*
Please note that, due to current workload and capacity issues with transport companies, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee a specific delivery time or time window.
Your order will be delivered by an external transport service. Collection of orders is also possible.
The average delivery time depends on the destination country:
The Netherlands: 2 to 3 business days
Belgium: 3 to 4 business days
Germany: 3 to 4 business days
Other EU countries: approximately 7 business days
The above delivery times apply to most of our product range. Products shipped from a central warehouse generally have a delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.
If you are unable to receive your order on the scheduled delivery date, please inform us no later than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
If the delivery cannot be completed because the shipment cannot be accepted and the carrier has to return the shipment, any resulting additional transport and return costs may be charged to the customer.
Orders for products that are in stock and placed on business days before 3:00 PM (15:00) will generally be processed and shipped within the stated delivery time.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
Stated delivery times are indicative and may be exceeded due to circumstances at the carrier, high volumes, delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will always do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
We aim to offer shipping at the lowest possible cost. Shipping costs depend on factors including the destination country, weight, volume and type of transport.
The applicable shipping costs for your order will be displayed during the checkout process.
